Opis
Prezentowana monografia jest siódmym tomem serii wydawniczej Monografie Wydziału Inżynierii Lądowej pt. „Teoretyczne podstawy budownictwa” i pierwszym wydanym w języku angielskim.

This is the first volume of the series Theoretical Foundation of Civil Engineering edited in English. In the volume no 7 consisting of thirteen chapters the widely understood issues of structural mechanics are included. These chapters are based on selected and extended papers presented at Polish-Slovak-Russian seminars. In addition to the theoretical issues on the constitutive modeling and numerical methods used in engineering structures modelling, the monograph includes also chapters about the BIM and structure reliability concepts.
